Refund policy
Returns
and refunds generally take up to 7 business days to arrive at home, and our policy holidays
are extended
to 30 days. If it's been more than 30 days since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
There are several types of items that are exempt from returns. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept intimate or hygienic products, hazardous materials, or products containing flammable liquids or gases.

Gifts
: If an item is marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the return. Upon receipt of the returned item, the gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver shipped the order to themselves and handed it to you at a later date, we will return it to the gift giver and they will know about your return.
